For a smaller order, we kindly ask 48-hour notice but will do our best to accommodate any last minute or same day requests when we can. If you would like to book a staffed event or request a custom menu, we recommend a 4-week notice as we typically book out most weekend and have limited availability during the week. To plan a party or larger event, please contact one of our Event Planners at events@deciccos.com or by phone at (914) 775-8880.

If you would like to order one of our "Occasion Cakes," these cakes require only 48 hours' notice, and the order can be placed through our site. If you would like a design outside of these options, fondant detail work, tiered or wedding cakes, cake pops, custom cookies, etc., we require a two-week lead time. For the latter, please email your design, guest number, and fulfillment date to events@deciccos.com, and we will follow up with a quote and further instructions.

Yes, we do offer delivery. If you would like to place an order to be delivered, please call (914) 775-8880 and we can let you know the available time slots. Delivery charges are based on zip code and apply to all orders. We kindly request a minimum 72-hour notice for deliveries.

All orders are prepared to be picked up cold for reheating. Due to a high volume of orders, we are unable to have the orders hot for pickup. There is sometimes availability to pickup hot, to coordinate please call (914) 775-8880.

As a complete event planning team, we offer all event services from start to finish- with the ability to do as little or as much as you need. The includes menu consultation, our award-winning catering, staffing, rental coordination, custom desserts, favors, and more!
