Shipping Policy:

DeCicco & Sons does not ship alcoholic beverages.

Cancellation Policy:

Orders may not be cancelled less than seventy-two (72) hours before the scheduled delivery time. All cancellations are subject to forfeiture of deposit or a cancellation fee of 25% of the purchase price. FORCE MAJEURE. Neither Party will be liable for any failure or delay in performing an obligation under this Agreement that is due to any of the following causes, to the extent beyond its reasonable control: acts of God, pandemic, natural catastrophes, governmental acts or omissions, changes in laws or regulations.

Refund Policy:

Full refunds will be tendered only for orders not delivered or taken possession of by the customer. Customer understands that dissatisfaction with a product or service or late delivery do not constitute sufficient reason for issuance of a full refund.

DeCicco & Sons guarantees the quality of food and service. If you are for any reason dissatisfied with your order, please contact events@deciccos.com within two (2) days of your delivery. Details and photographs of the items/issue subject to the refund are required. All refunds for delivered orders will be issued in the form of payment used to purchase the order or a store credit in the form of a gift card.

Delivery Policy:

Catering deliveries are available upon request and availability. Contact events@deciccos.com or (914) 775-8880 to schedule a catering delivery. All deliveries require 48-hour advance request and is subject to location availability.

Customer Acknowledgement:

Customer acknowledges that DeCicco & Sons is not an allergen or nut-free facility.

Amendments:

DeCicco & Sons may revise its procedures, including without limitation, suspension or cancellation of use of DeCicco & Sons services and/or the event, at any time based on updated recommended guidance and protocols issued by the Public and State Health Agencies Guidelines
